NEKOMART Return & Refund Policy

We work our tails off to make sure your purr-chase is pawsitively purrfect, but sometimes things can go a little… catty. Here’s our official policy:

No Returns or Refunds

All sales are final — we do not accept returns or offer refunds unless your item arrives damaged or defective. We’re pawsitive you’ll love what you ordered, but if something’s wrong, we’ll do everything in our ability to get it fixed.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives looking like it’s been through a cat fight, please let us know within 5 days of delivery.

  • Send us an email at contact@nekomart.net with:

    • Your order number.

    • Photos of the damage.

    • A brief description of the issue.

  • Once approved, we’ll send you a replacement faster than a kitten chasing a laser pointer.

Missing Packages

We can’t be held responsible for packages that go on a little cat adventure (a.k.a. get lost during and/or after delivery). Please make sure your address is purr-fect before checking out.
